BSS DPR-502 Dual Midi Noise Gate

This dual noise gate from BSS has everything you could ever ask from a gate, and then some!

A logical and responsive front panel controls are just the tip of the iceberg with the good stuff hiding underwater. Features like Audio Attack, that analyzes the input signal to determine the best attack time, and Auto Dynamic Enhancement – which preserves the "punch" that can sometimes be lost in the gating process make you really rethink all the other gating units you have previously used.

Not only does it offer a conventional sidechaining from an audio source, with DPR-502, the gate can be triggered with MIDI Note-on and Note-off messages, while preserving the dynamics of the MIDI Key Velocity.
