Wolff Audio Freq

FREQ is a sweepable 4-band Proportional Q parametric EQ designed for the 500 Series. Engineered by Paul Wolff, it combines classic musical shaping with precise corrective control, delivering exceptional accuracy and flexibility across any production or mixing environment.

True to proportional Q design, gentle adjustments remain wide and natural, while deeper boosts or cuts progressively narrow for controlled, surgical work. FREQ extends this concept further with 1/3-octave capability, allowing the same EQ to perform both broad tonal shaping and tight notching.

The High and Low bands include a dedicated Wide mode, providing smooth, three-octave curves that enhance extremes without the artifacts or headroom issues of traditional shelving filters. The Mid bands feature a 1/3-octave lock for precise frequency targeting when needed.

A custom Cinemag nickel and steel output transformer ensures clarity and transparency, while a relay-based hard-wire bypass preserves signal integrity.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
