The Roland R-880 Digital Reverb and GC-8 Graphic Controller were the first in a new generation of signal-processing devices for the professional recording, production, and post-production studios.
They incorporate highest-quality sound-processing circuitry, along with state-of-the-art processing algorithms, and fully digital inputs and outputs, in a highly flexible environment controlled with an intuitive graphic interface.
R-880 is a multi-mode device, providing the wides variety of effects: he processing modules, reverb, early reflections, gates, delays, chorus, equalizers, and compressors – exist purely in software, and can be configured in any imaginable order or combination.
The two channels are processed separately, to allow even more variety and stereo wideness.
The unit uses a GC-8 Graphic Controller (with a 10m cable) for seamless and very intuitive operation and undisrupted creative flow! The Graphic controllers backlight is not operational.
Software version: 2.0
The R-880 has been serviced and tested by Retrosonic Pro Audio engineers and is in good working condition. The unit works on 240V, EU power cable is included.
