The Gefen (FW-142) Firewire Repeater extends the range of Firewire 800 connections by regenerating the signal, effectively doubling the distance of each connected cable. Ideal for studios and workspaces where computers need to be kept at a distance, it allows users to position Firewire devices up to 70m away: perfect for maintaining a quiet, interference-free environment.
How It Works
Simply place a repeater at the end of each 10m Firewire 800 cable. By daisy-chaining multiple cables and repeaters, you can extend your total run up to 70m using standard Firewire extension cables.

locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.
Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight
forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.
Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all
our shipments with great care.
