Fostex Reverb Unit Model 3180

The Fostex 3180 is a compact vintage stereo spring reverb with a properly musical character and a very usable sense of space. Designed for both live and studio work, it combines classic spring reverb tone with a 24ms bucket-brigade pre-delay circuit, giving it a more natural and spacious feel than many budget reverb units of its era.

It can be used in mono or stereo and offers a surprisingly clean reverb sound with a strong stereo image. A charming old-school effects box for anyone after genuine analogue ambience, subtle depth, or that slightly gritty vintage reverb texture that sits so well in a mix.
