From the studio of the ABBA mastermind, Benny Anderson, comes this PE 1B passive EQ.

The PE 1B is a passive, all-tube EQ, based on the classic PULTEC EQP 1A design and featuring a passive EQ section and a high quality op amp.
This model has external tubes and is followed by the PE1C, which has the tubes inside the casing.

With the original Pultec out of production for decades and used
examples demanding sky-high prices, the PE 1B is by far the easiest way to achieve this unique and coveted sound.

The PE 1B low end section combines two separate passive EQ filters with slightly different cut/boost frequencies. When the two sections are combined, this results in truly unique EQ curves, often named the “Low End Trick” and very useful for cleaning up low/mid frequencies.

The high frequency and midrange bands really stand out in terms of transparency and clarity, and the PE 1B is broadly regarded as one of the world’s finest passive tube based equalizers.

Excellent working condition, good visual condition. PSU is switchable between 110V and 220V, currently set to work on 220V. Fuse has to be changed for 110V operation. EU power cord included.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
