The M94 is a small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone capsule with a nickel diaphragm, originally made for RFT / Neumann-Gefell vintage mic bodies such as MV690 / MV691 / MV692 (solid-state)
and compatible tube bodies like KM582 / KM54 / KM254.
